This website
www.aidenext.com is a marketing site. It is not the place health information is stored. Do not send names of people receiving care, Medicaid IDs, addresses, diagnoses, or clinical notes through the demo form or by email to the addresses below.
What the demo form stores
If you submit the form, we store your name, work email, phone if you typed one, agency name, state, agency type, an optional caregiver range, your note, the page you first opened, the referring page if the browser sent one, and campaign parameters from the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term). Those campaign parameters are also kept in session storage in your browser so the rest of the visit can carry them. That storage is cleared when the tab session ends. We do not set advertising cookies.
Demo requests are stored apart from the product database. If the form cannot save a note, it asks you to email us instead.
A temporary demo
If you open a temporary demo agency, we store the business name and email you type, and we fill that agency with sample records. It expires after 7 days. Do not type a client name, Medicaid ID, address, or diagnosis into it. It is not a customer chart.
The product
Health information for a customer agency lives in the application under app.aidenext.com. Access is limited by role. A family login is linked to one client, and a visit note on that login appears only when the office has marked it shared. The application is written for encryption in transit: TLS 1.2 or newer. This page does not say a production database is already serving agencies. The audit log is append-only. Built with HIPAA requirements in mind. The safeguards are described on Security.
The caregiver phone
The AideNext phone app is for a caregiver who already has an account with an agency. It opens that agency's field clock at the agency's own address under app.aidenext.com.
The app asks for location only when you clock in or clock out, for the visit record. It reads the location once at clock-in and reuses that reading at clock-out. It does not track your location in the background.
Sign-in uses the work email and a user id. An optional timesheet photo is stored only when the caregiver chooses a file. A visit note is stored only when the caregiver types one. The app does not ask for contacts, an advertising id, health samples from the phone, the microphone, or the camera.
If you allow notices, the app may tell you that your schedule changed. The notice does not include a client name, an address, or a note. The phone stores a push token so that notice can be delivered to this device. Notices are not used for advertising.
The app does not sell data and does not use data to track you across other companies' apps. The application is written for TLS 1.2 or newer. To delete the account, ask the agency.
